Despite the rain and a few setbacks due to the weather, the Kosciusko Whippet baseball team got things underway on Saturday at home against Grenada. The Whippets fell 12-5 in that contest but rebounded to sweep Yazoo City on Monday night by scores of 13-1 and 16-1 respectively to push their record to 2-1.
