1) What is the circulation of your publications?
Our publication reaches approximately 16,000 people per month in print and 11,000 users with the oniine edition. The Star-Herald is delivered throughout the United States by the U. S. Postal Service and arrives in homes on Thursday and is online at Starheraid.net.

2) How often do you publish?
The Star-Herald is published once a week on Thursday. 

3) What is the circulation area of your publications?
Kosciusko and Attala County in central Mississippi.

4) How do I submit a news/sports item to your publication?
You may submit information for our publication by coming by office or mailing information to 104 N. Jackson Street, Kosciusko, MS 39090. You can also email us at news1@starherald.net and your information will be forwarded on to the correct department. We welcome your submissions to be a part of our community publication. Please include your name and phone number when submitting information as we may need to reach you.

6) What's the cost of advertising in your publications?

Our rates vary based on frequency and contract rates, so please contact our advertising department at 662.289.2251 so we can help you create an effective advertising campaign.

7) How do I subscribe?
Call  662.289.2251 or come by our office located at 104 N. Jackson Street, Kosciusko or email – sdarwin@starherald.net. If you live in Attala, Carroll, Choctaw, Holmes, Leake, Madison, Montgomery, Neshoba, Winston or Yazoo county your rate is $40 annually/$35 annually for senior citizens. Out of state $50 annually/$55 annually senior citizen. Senior citizen rates apply to those who are 55 or older.

8) Do your publications include classified ads?
Yes. Please call our office at 662.289.2251 for pricing and discounts.

9) What are your business hours?
We are open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

10) Where are your publications printed?
We write, compose, and design each and every edition in our offices in downtown Kosciusko.  The pages are sent electronically to our printing plant at our sister newspaper, The Greenwood Commonwealth.

11) What are the politics of your publications?
We believe in an open exchange of ideas, showcasing columnists from our local area to those living across the state.  More importantly, we take pride in publishing the opinions and viewpoints of our readers on a wide range of topics.  Email your letters to the editor or guest columns to our publisher at news1@starherald.net
