The McAdams Lady Bulldogs continued their late-season run as they racked up two more wins last week.
The Lady Bulldogs started off with a 54-39 win over Ethel and then beat J.Z. George 43-29. They finished the week with a tough 58-55 loss to Philadelphia.
The Bulldogs lost two of three games as they lost 72-66 to Ethel and then beat J.Z. George 66-62. Then on Saturday, they lost 56-49 to Philadelphia.
After playing three games last week, McAdams has a light week this week as it will host French Camp on Friday night in the only scheduled game.

The Lady Bulldogs battled back from an early deficit but dropped a three-point loss to the Lady Tornadoes on Saturday.
Philly jumped out to a 17-4 lead in the first period, but McAdams outscored the Lady Tornadoes 16-12 in the second to cut the lead to 29-20 at the half. Philly extended its lead by two in the third by outscoring McAdams 17-15 in the third to make the score 46-35 at the end of the third. The Lady Bulldogs battled back in the fourth, outscoring the Lady Tornadoes 20-12 in the fourth for the final margin.
Jakyra Young had a huge night with 23 points, 15 rebounds, four assists and four blocks. Kiara Brown had 10 points, five assists and three blocks while Cavian Bolton had nine points, seven rebounds and seven assists. Santisja Rockett added eight points and eight rebounds while Robriana Clark had seven rebounds.
Philadelphia boys 56,

The Tornadoes pulled away in the fourth period to take a seven-point win over the Bulldogs on Saturday.
After each team scored 14 points in the first period, Philadelphia led 26-23 at the half. McAdams outscored Philly 14-13 in the third, but the Tornadoes used a 17-12 fourth period to take the win.
Querrion Gadson led the Bulldogs with 17 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists. T’Caivan Bolton had 10 points while John Bayne had six points and seven rebounds. Corte Dotson also had six points apiece.

The Lady Bulldogs jumped out to a quick start and held on for a 14-point win on Friday.
McAdams jumped out to a 12-4 lead in the first and led 21-8. J.Z. George outscored the Lady Bulldogs 13-8 in the third but McAdams finished off by outscoring the Lady Jaguars 14-8.
Jakyra Young led the Lady Bulldogs with 16 points and seven rebounds while Kiara Brown had nine points. Iyania Malone also had six points and eight rebounds while Robriana Clark had 10 rebounds. Cavian Bolton and Makeria Griffin each had seven rebounds apiece.

The Bulldogs jumped out to a big lead in the first period and held on to take a four-point win on Friday.
McAdams led 18-7 at the end of the first period before J.Z. George outscored the Bulldogs 18-11 in the second to make the score 29-25 at the half. In a high-scoring third period, J.Z. George had a 21-20 advantage to make the lead 49-46. The Bulldogs were able to hold off the Jaguars in the fourth with a 17-16 period for the final.
The Bulldogs had four players in double figures as John Bayne led the way with 15 points and 12 rebounds. T’Caivan Bolton had 14 points, eight assists and six rebounds while Kendrioun Boatman had 12 points and six rebounds. Querrion Gadson had 10 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. Kris Brown had six points and five rebounds while Deon Wilkens and Corte Dotson also had four rebounds.

Ethel 39
The Lady Bulldogs jumped out to a big lead and held on to take a 15-point win over the Lady Tigers on Tuesday.
McAdams outscored Ethel 16-8 in the first and led 21-10 at the half. The Lady Bulldogs outscored the Lady Tigers 19-14 in the third to lead 40-24 going into the fourth. Ethel outscored McAdams 15-14 in the fourth for the final margin.
Jakyra Young led the Lady Bulldogs with 25 points, nine rebounds and six assists. Kiara Brown had 14 points, eight rebounds, six steals and five assists. Robriana Clark had six points and nine rebounds while Cavian Bolton had nine rebounds, seven steals and four assists. Makeria Griffin and Haley Perteet each had eight rebounds apiece.

The Tigers overcame a slow start with strong second and fourth periods as they took a six-point win over the Bulldogs on Tuesday in a key district contest.
McAdams led 19-13 at the end of the first before Ethel outscored the Bulldogs 24-13 to take a 37-32 lead into the half. McAdams retook the lead in the third period as they outscored the Tigers 16-8 to take a 48-45 lead into the fourth. The Tigers pulled away in the fourth, outscoring the Bulldogs 27-18 to take the win.
Querrion Gadson led McAdams with 26 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. T’Caivan Bolton had 13 points, seven assists and four steals while Kris Brown had 12 points. Kendrioun Boatman had seven points and seven rebounds while John Bayne had seven rebounds and three steals.
