“I thought they came in and played well, considering they just came in from football,” McAdams coach Carl Hathorn said. “We have only had about five team practices together. We did a good job of playing as a team.”
Hathorn said upperclassmen Querrion Gadson and T’Kaivin Bolton have been solid so far while Kris Brown and Percy Lewis have come off the football field and been key contributors.
“I would rate us at a B-plus so far because we have some things to work on,” Hathorn said. “I thought we looked good but need to cut down the turnovers.”
No individual stats were available for the game.
