Whippets win 4-team golf match at Redbud Springs

Kosciusko won a four-team golf match hosted by the Whippets at Redbud Springs. It was Kosciusko's first 18-hole match of the season.
Kosciusko had a team score of 344 to 386 for Pearl, 390 for Choctaw County and 431 for Nanih Waiya. Cleveland Central had only two golfers, two short of the number needed for a team score.

Two lifters qualify for boys 4A state powerlifting meet

Kosciusko qualified two lifters, Nathan Hill and Javen Mallett, for the boys 4A state powerlifting meet. Both finished third in their weight classes at the North State meet Saturday at Ripley High School.

Panthers remain undefeated

The French Camp baseball team stayed unbeaten with three more wins last week.
The Panthers took two games from Winona, beating the Tigers 14-4 on Tuesday and 7-3 on Saturday. The Panthers also squeezed in a 16-6 win over Starkville Christian on Friday.
