Bulldogs to play West Tallahatchie

The good news is that McAdams was able to play a football game last week after having to forfeit two weeks in a row due to a lack of players. The bad news is that the Bulldogs were defeated by Coffeeville 39-0.

Game, costume party to be held Halloween evening

McAdams girls basketball coach Ashley Brown is inviting everyone to a basketball game and costume party at the school gymnasium Halloween evening.

Each participant wearing a costume will have the chance to win a basket with gift cards, basketballs candy and much more. The game with Forest begins at 5:30, with a $7 admission.

Whippets to end regular season in Louisville Thursday

A big first half that included two long range touchdowns propelled Kosciusko to a 31-14 victory over Northeast Lauderdale, assuring that the Whippets will finish no worse than third in Region 4-4A.

Kosciusko led 24-0 at the half, but needed a late TD to clinch the victory after two Trojan second half TDs cut the deficit to 24-14.
