Iris blooms in March
show spring’s arrival
By Eddie Smith
MSU Extension Service
One of the first signs that spring has truly arrived in my garden comes at the end of March when irises begin to bloom.

Kosciusko’s one tiebreaker win was by Hayes Tyler at boys singles. He lost a set for the first time this season, but remained unbeaten with a 5-7, 6-4, 10-5 victory over Tyson Alford.

Across the Pond and into the Field: Visiting scholar joins MSU Ag Autonomy Institute to ‘rethink the possible’
STARKVILLE, Miss.—Kit Franklin will be the first to point out the irony. He is driven by human connection, but he’s built his career on replacing human hands with machines.
“Automation is just the means to the end. The end is always about helping farmers,” he said.
