McAdams headed into this week looking for its first baseball win of the season. The Bulldogs were scheduled to play at Noxapater on Monday and host Holmes Central on Thursday.
Last week McAdams lost both ends of a doubleheader by identical 27-0 scores.
In game 1, Nanih Waiya scored all 27 runs in the first inning as they had nine hits and took advantage of 15 walks and six errors to take the win in 1 1/2 innings. McAdams did not have a hit or a walk in the contest.
Game 2 was not much different as Nanih Waiya scored 27 runs in the first inning on seven hits and took advantage of 12 walks, seven hit batters and four errors to take the win. McAdams used four pitchers in the contest.
The Tigers also played a doubleheader at Leake Central last week, losing 22-0 and 35-0. In the 22-0 contest, the Gators scored all of their runs in the first inning. Leake had nine hits, 11 walks and took advantage of four errors by McAdams. In the 35-0 game, Leake scored 15 in the first and 20 in the second on 14 hits, eight errors, 12 walks and seven hit batters.
