James Dendy “Buster” Oliver passed away peacefully on March 19, 2019, at the Martha Jo Leslie State Veterans Home in Kosciusko after a long battle with Parkinson's.
He was 86 years old and was proud to be a lifelong resident of Kosciusko with the exception of a short residence in Pearl, MS, and his time in the military.
