Ethel baseball team faces tough competition from out-of-staters

Ethel completed a spring break trip to Foley, Alabama, with a win and two losses against strong out-of-state competition. The Tigers defeated Washington of Tulsa, Oklahoma, 4-2, but lost to Metro Christian of Tulsa 3-1 and Brookwood of Brookwood, Alabama, 9-0.

Whippets notch 11-1 five-inning win over Leake Central

Kosciusko was hitting on all cylinders in the first game after spring break, an 11-1 victory over Leake Central Monday.

Offense – The Whippets scored in every inning of the five-inning game.

Pitching – Parker Ryals and Connor Wallace combined on a two-hitter with 10 strikeouts and no walks.

Defense – No errors.

FCA softball goes 2-2 for week
