Whippets’ Season Ends in Overtime Heartbreaker at State Semifinals By Laurence Hilliard Kosciusko boys basketball season came to an end Tuesday with a 51-47 overtime loss to Morton in the 4A state semifinals at the Mississippi Coliseum. It was almost a miracle that Kosciusko forced overtime after trailing 43-39 with fewer than 10 seconds left in regulation.
