City presents resolution honoring late James Jackson

At the recent Kosciusko Board of Aldermen meeting, the city presented a resolution to the family of the late James Jackson honoring his service to the city. Jackson was a longtime Kosciusko police officer and assistant police chief. Mayor Tim Kyle presented the resolution to Jackson’s son, Jeffrey Jackson.
