The final payment of $38,500 to Cain, Inc. for cleanup at the site of the former Leonard’s Department Store was approved by the Kosciusko Board of Aldermen on Tuesday night. An additional payment of $5,705.82 to the City of Louisville for the disposal of debris collected at the site was also approved.
