Both of the Kosciusko girls' and boys' track teams claimed Division 4-4A titles last Thursday at the 15-team meet at Winona High School.
The championship win was the Lady Whippets’ third consecutive, which Kosciusko girls’ coach Eleazarus Greenleaf said reaffirmed the team’s commitment to excellence.
“The kids work hard, and they enjoy doing it, so you have to tip your hat to them for practicing hard and working hard,” Greenleaf said. “It means a lot not only to the kids but to the program as a whole.”
Listed to the right are Kosciusko medalists and division tournament participants.
