Kosciusko businessman and former alderman for the City of Kosciusko, Ward 2, died at his residence on Saturday, Nov. 26, following an illness. He was 78.
Goss served 12 years as an alderman during the administration of the late Mayor Doty Jackson.
As founder of Goss Enterprises Inc., he was involved in a number of businesses in Kosciusko and throughout Central Mississippi. He owned and operated an ambulance service for many years along with a number of other enterprises including wrecker, security, trucking, auto repair, auto inspection, furniture and monuments.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 29, at 11 a.m. at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Parkway Cemetery.
