More than 90 guests gathered Sunday, Nov. 23, for a community Thanksgiving celebration at the home of Maggie Garrett on Spring Ridge Hill in southwestern Attala County. Garrett, who has hosted the event for many years, said she was grateful to reconnect with several attendees she had not seen in years.
