Library tea party gives girls chance to show off attire

Fancy Nancy Tea Party held at the Attala County Library Saturday afternoon gave participants the opportunity to show off their fanciest dresses and accessories.

The event followed the theme of the book “Fanciest Doll in the Universe,” written by Jan O’Connor and illustrated by Robin Preiss Glasser.

New bell tower being installed at KLE

A tower topped with a farm bell will soon be in place at Lower Elementary School giving a traditional schoolhouse effect to the campus. It will occupy a place of prominence in front of the seven PreK schoolhouses which were added during the early part of this school year housing 125 PreK students.
