Ralph Newton Jennings was born in Kosciusko, MS, on November 16, 1949, and died in his sleep in Ajijic, Mexico, on December 8, 2020, from heart disease. Ralph was a graduate of Kosciusko High School, where he was a member of the KHS Band, the University of Mississippi (B.S. Accounting), and San Francisco State University (MBA).
