Boys
The Whippets continued their shooting woes in a 36-26 loss.
“We played well defensively considering how small we are. West Point is huge.” said Coach Eleazarus Greenleaf. “We have a difficult time making wide open shots. We just have to get our shooters going. Defensively, we have gotten a lot better.”
Jeremy Whitcomb led Kosciusko with 10 points and three assists. Jerrell Erving had eight rebounds and scored four points.
Kosciusko had two games scheduled this week against Amanda Elzy that have been postponed because an Amanda Elzy player was killed in an automobile accident Thanksgiving Day. Makeup dates have not been set.
The Whippets and Lady Whippets will host county rival McAdams Friday.
