At 8:04 a.m. Tuesday, Kosciusko police responded to 604 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., where a witness said the passenger of a maroon Chrysler exited that vehicle and shot at the resident of the home who was outside.
“We’ve got a good witness,” said KPD Chief Herbert Dew, “but he doesn’t know anybody.”
