Kosciusko seniors Logan Fancher and Walker Yuille have been named to the North team for the 2018 D.M. Howie Mississippi High School All Star Baseball Game for 3A and 4A schools.
Also junior Micah Parker has been named to the 4A all state second team by the Mississippi Association of Coaches.
Fancher batted .302 with six doubles, one homer, 21 runs scored and 18 RBIs. Yuille had a .333 average with seven doubles, one homer, 24 runs scored and 15 RBIs. Parker batted .355 with five doubles and one triple. He scored 25 runs and drove in 22.
The All Star Game will be 2 p.m. June 9 at William Carey College in Hattiesburg.
Kosciusko reached the 4A North State final and finished 18-15.
French Camp senior John Weeks has been chosen to play for the South in the 2018 D.M. Howie All Star Baseball Game for 1A and 2A schools.
The game will be at 11 a.m. June 9 at William Carey College in Hattiesburg.
Weeks was the Panthers' leading hitter this year a .449 average, six doubles, one triple, 13 RBIs and 18 runs scored. French Camp finished 7-9 and second in Region 5-3A.
