To the editor:
During the past quarter century, we are witness to the worst deterioration in history of the United States criminal justice system, primarily a result of our government falling into the influence of liberal, progressive and the politically correct guise of "social justice." And now this movement has enabled laws that have a total disregard for the victims of heinous evil crimes which affect them for the rest of their lives, if they are not killed by the perpetrators.
What is most disturbing is the fact that these very few vile, destructive low-life trash are now protected under the current statutes far and above the good citizens who have been violated, killed or maimed, and we the public pay for the protection and defense for those criminals for unrealistic periods of time; while the victims and their families suffer for years and years before "justice" is served.
With regard the killing of six-year-old Kingston Frasier, by these three cowardly low-life trash and the indictments that have been served and begun; it's time to initiate change for these crimes that continue to happen more and more in the news every day.
First there is no reason why our laws should allow 20 to 25 years of appeals after conviction in a fair trial. We should provide a swift and immediate trial, with one appeal, and then a just punishment as immediately or as soon as possible; "within ten days" after the appeal.
Secondly, with regard to the death penalty, we should disregard the "swift and humane" injection system, which has been pushed by the liberal, progressive and politically correct whiners. We should provide the death penalty either by the means they killed, or a firing squad; or by the most deturant, by hanging on the front lawn of the state capitol.
Of course there will be blasting protests and outcries from those who have never lost anyone to these evil trash, but the overwhelming punishment should be gruesome enough to become a clear and apparent deturant recognized by all.
Let us all pray for little Kingston Frazier as he was welcomed into the arms of angels as he passed into the gates of heaven, for his innocents of youth was stolen forever by a terrible evilness that exists and continues to be perpetrated by our broken judicial system.
