The Junior Auxiliary of Kosciusko held their largest fundraiser of the year over the weekend, raising nearly $55K to help children in the community.
The Charity Ball, which was attended by hundreds of community members, will help the organization finance its multiple projects throughout the year, many of which are directed toward the children of Kosciusko and Attala County. The organization also implements many service projects, scholarships and other community assistance.
Annual JA projects benefitting from the fund raiser are monthly Reading for Kids in city, county and private schools, Special Friends parties at Attala Industries, Foster Kids party assistance, Bike Event water station, Attala County Library Summer Reading Program assistance, Pack-a-Bag project, Supply Our Schools, Caps-N-Gowns, Crown Club and others.
The Junior Auxiliary is a great organization in the community whose sole purpose is helping children, so it’s nice to see the large community support at the Charity Ball. Keep up the good work ladies.
