Billie Hackett Vowell

Billie Vowell, 93, passed away December 3, 2025 in Kosciusko, MS.

Funeral services are 11:00 am Monday, December, 8, 2025 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel in Kosciusko with burial to follow at Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time.

Billie is survived by her daughters Sherri Comfort (Bill) and Debra Jean Gomez (Randy), son Gary Vowell, brothers Eugene Hackett, Bob Hackett and Tom Hackett, 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Billie was a member of Williamsville Baptist Church and retired Medicals Records employee.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Katie Rawls Hackett, her husband Paul Vowell, son Paul Randle Vowell, and brothers Charles and Pete.
