Percy Thrailkill, 89, passed away January 1, 2022, at his residence in McCool.
Mr. Thrailkill served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a security officer for J.C. Cheek in Kosciusko for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Andy and Eula Parker Thrailkill; grandson, Paul Joseph Verhelle; and nine siblings.
Percy is survived by his wife of 72 years, Ouida Thrailkill of McCool; two daughters, Yvonne Thrailkill Verhelle of Adelle, GA, and Denise Thrailkill of Braxton, MS; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 5, 2022, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral Services will follow at 1 p.m. at the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doyle Mitchell officiating.
