Kathryn June Drake, 82, of Pearl and formerly of West, MS, passed away January 1, 2022, at Merit Health Central in Jackson, MS.
Mrs. Drake was born June 10, 1939, in Itta Bena, MS, to Levi Cecil and Louise Matthews
Mrs. Drake retired from East Holmes Acacemy where she worked for many years as a bookkeeper. She was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church.
June is survived by a son, David Drake (Alisa) of Pearl, MS; one daughter, LaDonna Wilson (Stacey) of Inverness, MS; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five siblings.
A private family service will be held at Musslewhite Cemetery with David Drake officiating the service.
