John Aston Allen, 78, of Sallis, passed away January 21, 2022, at Baptist Hospital in Jackson.
He was a member of Sallis Baptist Church and worked as a long-haul trucker for over 30 years.
John was preceded in death by his sons, John Eric Allen and Bart Allen; and parents Wilmon W. and Elsie Aston Allen.
John is survived by his sons Rory Allen, Stacey Allen, and Nathan Litton, daughter Pamela Litton (Dean), grandchildren Katelyn Allen, Rayna Litton, and Nathan Litton, Jr., and sisters Linda Stafford (Dale) and Bobbie Gohlson (Claude).
Funeral services were Sunday, January 23, 2022, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Reverend James Young officiated.
