Simone Boudreaux Owen, 49, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, at M D Anderson Hospital in Houston, TX.
Funeral services were Sunday, Feb. 4, at Culpepper Funeral Home in Kosciusko with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Visitation was Saturday and Sunday at Culpepper Funeral.
Simone, a native of Marrero, LA, was a graduate of L W Higgins High School, a graduate of Southern Mississippi University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Biology, also a graduate of the University of Mississippi school of Dental Hygiene.
She worked at Reynolds Dental Practice in Forest, MS for 19 years. Her hobbies included traveling, gardening and swimming. It goes without saying that she enjoyed spending her time with her family the most.
She was preceded in death by her mother Marie Bateaux Boudreaux and brother in law Robert Allen.
She is survived by her husband, Tony; one son, Tyler Owen and his wife Meredith; three daughters, Macie Morgan and her husband Matt, Maggie Owen and Madeline Owen; her father, Nathan Boudreaux and his wife Rita; one sister, Eygpt Phillip and her husband Todd; brothers, Eldon Boudreaux and his wife Angela, Nathan Boudreaux, Jr. and Duane Boudreaux; brothers-in-law, Kenny Owen and Stanley Owen and his wife Gwen; sister-in-law Cyndee Tullos and her husband Tim.
