Shirley Jean Lowe, 80, of Ethel, passed away Sept. 17, 2018, at her residence.
Funeral services were Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Ralph Hunt officiated.
Mrs. Lowe was a member of Ethel Baptist Church. She retired from Interstate Industries.
She is survived by husband, Richard Lowe; daughter, Sandra (Larry) Howard; sons, Terry (Betty) Ellington, Tommy Ellington, Grant (Kim) Lowe, Andrew (Jackie) Lowe; brother, Thomas Ganus.
She is preceded in death by parents, James and Louise Hatley Ganus; brothers, C.L. Ganus and Charles Wayne Ganus; grandson, Tony Crosby.
