Roger Wilson “R.W.” Williams, 75, of Kosciusko, died Friday, December 30, 2016, at home. Visitation was Monday, January 2, from 5-8 p.m. at Jordan Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 3, at 11 a.m. at Jordan Funeral Home, with burial in Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Chet Ferguson officiated.
Mr. Williams was born May 3, 1941, in Attala County to the late Alzie and Bessie Williams.
Those surviving him are his son, Brian (Terri) Williams of Vaiden; and daughter, Michelle (Micheal) Forrest of Kosciusko; grandchildren, Danielle Forrest, Amber (Josh) Johnson, and Kassidy Williams; great-grandchildren, Aubryanna McDaniel, and Hayze Forrest; a sister, Jean Cooper Klink.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janice Williams; four brothers, and two sisters.
Pallbearers are Jeffery Arnold, Ray Chandler, Shane Clausen, Donnie Cooper, Jessie Crosby, and Ronald Moore. Honorary Pallbearers were Tyson Blakely, Tim Lawrence, Todd Nabors, Bobby Page, and Jason Pickle.
