Richard Brice Bane, Jr., 83, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017, at Baptist Medical Center-Attala in Kosciusko.
Visitation is 5-8 Tuesday, January 17, and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, January 18, at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Parkway Cemetery.
Donnie Sims and Rev. Barry Corbett will officiate.
He was a member of Second Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.
Survivors include his daughter, Melinda (Earl) Price of Kosciusko; son, Richard Craig (Sue) Bane of Madison; grandchildren, William Seth (Amanda) Price, Sarah Hope Bane, and Olivia Grace Bane; great-grandchildren, William Hayes Price and Miller Sims Price; sister, Jean (Lynn) Dearman of Meridian; brother, Chris (Paula) Bane of Louisville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Sims Bane; and parents, R. B. Bane, Sr. and Calvie Hudspeth Bane.
