Lola Meigs Nichols Odom, 84, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018, at University Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, in the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Parkway Cemetery. Rev. Larry Odom will officiate.
She was a member of Doty Springs Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the V.F.W.
Survivors include her son, Larry (Janis) Odom of Sturgis; daughter, Deborah Howell of Kosciusko; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, William Nichols of Spring Hills, TN; and sister, Emma Jean (Rueben) Cole of Tuscaloosa, AL.
She was preceded in death her children, Beverly Odom and Lloyd Odom; parents, George Freeman and Nancy Josephine Fondren Nichols; husband, Caulis Odom; and great-grandson, Patrick Howell.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Odom, Stan Howell, Dylan Davis, Allen Havens, Randy Odom, and Dustin Binegar.
