Joe Kenneth Coffey, 82, of Madison, passed away Nov. 30, 2016.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Rocky Point Cemetery in Leake County. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. Friday until service time at the funeral home. James Culpepper and Kenny Culpepper officiated.
Mr. Coffey was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of Renfroe Baptist Church. He was a retired welder and built water tanks for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie H. and Addie Smith Coffey.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Dell Coffey; daughter, Rita (Tim) McCarty; sons, Mike (Stacey) Coffey, Danny (Perri) Coffey; grandchildren, Brian McCarty, Ericka Coffey, Logan Coffey, Hayden Coffey, Peyton Coffey, Addison Coffey.
