Jimmy Langdon, 54, died Friday, July 27, 2018.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. on Monday, July 30, at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, at the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Wake Forest Cemetery in Thomastown.
Mr. Langdon graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, as Chief Operating Officer of Ergon, Inc., and its subsidiaries, he served in leadership positions with Ergon Refining, Ergon-West Virginia, Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions and Corporate Services. Jimmy was a man of great integrity and loved others. He was a precious loving son, brother, and uncle.
He is survived by his mother, Alice Gray; sister, Donna (David) Shelley; nephew, Jacob (Rebecca) Shelley; great-nephew, Langdon Shelley; and his fiancée, Dawn Anderson, and her children, Anna and Drake Anderson.
Mr. Langdon was preceded in death by his father, Howard Langdon.
