Jimmy Clyde Tyler, 71, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona, MS.
Visitation will be 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, September 30, at Hebron Baptist Church. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the church, with burial to follow in Hebron Cemetery in Montgomery County. Rev. Billy Little and Jimmy Leach will officiate.
He was married to Sandra Lindaree Tyler on August 2, 1969. He was a member of Hebron Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army for seven years. He was a construction worker for Evans Construction and Mike Rozier Construction Company. He also worked for International Paper Company, Globe-Weis, and Atapco.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Tyler of Kilmichael; sons, Jimmy Lee (Agustina) Tyler and Marion Earl (Falisha) Tyler, both of Kilmichael; daughters, Sandra L. (Bryan) Tindoll of Vaiden and Wanda Lynn Varnes of Kilmichael; nineteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Patricia Jordan of Winona.
He was preceded in death his parents, Marion Eugene and Lula Pearl Weeks Tyler; and sister, Edith Pearl Monk.
Pallbearers are Cory Tyler, Riley Tyler, John Tindoll, Chris Varnes, Kevin Warren, Benny Steed, Tyler Nail, and Jason Franklin. Honorary pallbearers are Waylynn Varnes and Mark Tyler.
Memorials may be sent to the Hebron Cemetery fund.
