Jerry Lynn Pettit, 66, of Kosciusko, and 40-year resident of the Olive Branch-Memphis, area, passed away Dec. 15, 2016, in Nashville, after a one-year battle with lung cancer. Jerry graduated University of Mississippi in 1972 and built his medical sales career in Memphis as owner of Medical Interiors, Inc.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Hosea Lynn Pettit and Jessie Pearl Nowell Pettit of Williamsville.
He is survived by son, Jordan and Dana Pettit of Nashville, son, Blake and Alissa Pettit and grandchildren Camp and Olivia of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Blair Pettit of Austin, Texas; and son, Pace Pettit of Southaven.
Funeral service was held at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko, on Sunday, Dec. 18. Visitation began at 1:30 p.m. followed by the memorial at 3:30 p.m.
