James Parks, 85, of Durant, passed away May 27, 2017, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, June 2, at Harmonia Cemetery. Rev. Doyle Mitchell will officiate.
Mr. Parks was a member of Seneasha Methodist Church. He was retired from the oil field.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Florrie Horne Parks; sister, Helen Pauline.
He is survived by sisters, Faye (Kenneth) Butler, Eloise Burden and Georgia (Leroy) Cain; brothers, Bobby Joe Parks and Leonard Parks.
