Koda Blaze Page died Dec. 1, 2016, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian. Graveside services were held Sunday Dec. 4, at 2 p.m. at the Carson Ridge Cemetery.
Survivors include parents, Dakota Page and Kassie Martin of Louin; one sister, Ava Marie Page of Louin; paternal grandparents, April and Scott Petty of Union; paternal great-grandparents, Debbie and Howard Tanksley of Kosciusko, Joe Gibson of Rusk, Texas, and Charlotte and Edward Petty of Union; paternal great-great grandparents, Joyce and Frank Leone of Kosciusko; maternal grandparents, Donald and Rebekka Martin of Kosciusko, Sissy and Scott Perry of Kosciusko; maternal great-grandparents, Linda Moore of Durant, Charles and Joan Martin of Ethel, and Debbie and Gavin Lott of Florence.
He was preceded in death by great-grandfather, Dale Moore.
Jordan Funeral Home of Kosciusko was in charge of arrangements.
