Freddie Lee Lawrence, 76, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018 at Attala County Nursing Home in Kosciusko.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 10 at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko and 1:30 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Nile Church of Christ. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, at the Nile Church of Christ with burial to follow in the Nile Cemetery. Minister Al Franks and Minister Robert Rawson officiated.
He attended Nile Church of Christ.
Survivors include brother, Dewey (Martha) Lawrence of Kosciusko; sister, Nina (Billy) Thorn of Canton; nephews, Tim Lawrence, Steve Lawrence, Chris Lawrence, Edwin Lawrence, and Randy Lawrence; nieces, Pam Eads, Angela Burrell, Sheila Marsman, and Inez Logsdon; fourteen great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Fred and Clara Lucille Boyette Lawrence; two brothers, and two sisters.
Pallbearers are Terry Reynolds, Les Ferguson, Tim Lawrence, Steve Lawrence, Billy Thorn, and Mike Howell. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Hettick, Russ Murphy, Donald Dorsey, Johnny Jordan, Johnnie Boswell, and Wayne Shelton.
Memorials may be sent to Nile Church of Christ Cemetery.
