Eswin Dean, 79, of Canton, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017, in Jackson.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 11, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Brooks Cemetery in Kosciusko. Visitation was held 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Rev. David Merritt officiated.
Mr. Dean was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Farmhaven Baptist Church. He owned Dean’s Deer Processing and was retired from automotive body and paint work.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Evan Taylor and Lula Steed Dean; wife, Mary Dean; son, Barry Wayne Dean.
He is survived by daughters, Sue Whittington, Sonya Dean, Lora Nowell; sisters, Carol Green, Judy Wirtz, Rose Beauchamp, Shirley Ables; grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Will, Tommy, Kristina, Debra, Taylor, Brooklyn, Lauren; 11 great grandchildren.
