Estelle Odom Lishman, 99, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at the Attala County Nursing Center in Kosciusko.
Visitation will be Monday, June 11, 2018, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral Services will follow at 11a.m. Monday at the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Center Cemetery. Rev. Walter Hines will officiate.
Mrs. Lishman was born August 4, 1918, to Andrew J. and Neta Melvinnie “Vinney” Ingram Chandler in Tunica, MS. She was a retired beautician and homemaker.
Mrs. Lishman was survived by a son, Dolen C. Odom of Kosciusko, MS.; five grandchildren, James and Laurie Odom, Becky and Craig Thurman, Teresa and Doug Segers, Chandler Odom, and Len Odom; four great-grandchildren, Kelly and Jim Smith, Victor and Amelia Segers, Michael Johnson, and Brett Johnson.; eight great-great-grandchildren; two daughters-in-law, Betty Odom and Kay Odom.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Ben Odom and Lexie Lishman; two sons, Benny Odom and Howard Odom; her brothers and sisters, Lenzo Chandler, Claudie Chandler, Clovers Chandler, and Nola Mae Moss.
