Sylvia Diane Powell Hembree, 61, of Homestead Road, Easley, S.C., passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 at her home.
Born in Kosciusko, she was a daughter of Sylvia Ellis Powell of Kosciusko, and the late John William Powell.
Diane was a former employee of Brookdale Nursing in Easley. She was a member of Hope Presbyterian Church in Memphis. Diane loved her family and enjoyed the art of drawing.
Survivors are her mother, Sylvia Ellis Powell of Kosciusko; her children, Nathan D. Zimmerman (Ginny) of Greenville and Kendra Zimmerman of Easley; grandchildren, Emma Zimmerman and Autumn Arrowood; sisters, Donna Scott (George) and Katrina Minor (Tom) all of Memphis, and Teresa Richerme of Kosciusko; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a brother, William Daniel Powell and a brother-in-law, Bob Richerme.
