Boyd Allen “Pharoah” Ramage, Sr., 65, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018. at his home.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2018, and 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services will be Sunday at the Jordan Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at North Union Cemetery. Rev. Shane Thrash and Rev. Ralph Hunt will officiate.
He was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church. He worked as a printer for the Star Herald for 25 years and at Bluff Springs Paper Company for 10 years. He was a member of the Bethel #107 Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his son, Boyd Allen (Christie) Ramage, Jr. of Carmack; daughters, Bridgette Ramage (Jacob) Dillon of Hesterville, Erica Ramage (John Carl) Riser of Forest, and Abby (Nik)Atchley of New Hope; grandchildren, Carly Nichols, Cody Williams, Jay Ramage, Trey Tollison, Lacey Albin, Laya Riser, Eli Ramage, and Chip Atchley; great-grandchildren, John Bradley Nichols, James Williams, Rylend Boyd Tollison, and Grayson Cleo Tollison; brothers, James William (Jean) Ramage, Jr. of Carmack, Jackie Duane (Peggy) Ramage of Kosciusko, and Mack Franklin (Beth) Ramage of Carmack; and nieces, Amie Ramage Rawson and Hailey Ramage Berry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Williams Ramage, Sr and Myrtis Lavern Rigby Ramage; and his sister, Janie (Pete) Ramage Grantham.
Pallbearers will be James David Ramage, Leslie Thomas Ramage, Allen Duane Ramage, Jonathan Craig Ramage, James Anderson Ramage, Cody Allen Williams, Trey Tollison, and Kristian Hope Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Smith, Louis Crowe, Robert Dickard, Dwayne Self, Eli Ramage, and Chip Atchley.
