Bobby Dell Dorsey, 81, of Hopewell Community, McCool, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the University Medical Center in Jackson.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Jordan Funeral Home in Kosciusko. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hopewell Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Rev. Roger Griffith and Rev. Shane Davis will officiate.
He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Allene Dorsey; daughters, Debra Ann (Chris) Stevenson of McCool and Donna Gail (Tommy) Serio of Kiln; granddaughter, Sarah Helen Stevenson of McCool; brothers, Allen (Charlotte) Dorsey and Tim (Teresia) Dorsey; and sisters, Betty and Jane Dorsey; Kayla Hope Kerr; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Dorsey; and parents, James and Mary Dorsey.
Pallbearers are Chris Stevenson, Tommy Serio, Leon Stevenson, Dave Kerr, Danny Ryals, Bradley Ryals, Dennis Brock, Brock Dorsey, and Brent Morgan.
Memorials may be made to the Hopewell Cemetery fund.
