Mrs. Betty Downs, 73, of Kosciusko, passed away July 23, 2017, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 25, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Parkway Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 – 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Rev. Barry Corbett and Rev. Mark Parnell will officiate.
Mrs. Downs was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was a retired Furniture Business Owner.
She loved her yard and working with her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Juanita Childs Frazier; husbands, Grady Downs, Henry Paul Burnley, Guyton Hodge; brother, Paul; sister, Wanda; great grandchild, Angel McDonald.
She is survived by daughter, Sondra (Danny) Cain; sons, Eddie (Lisa) Hodge, Danny Hodge, Terry (Amanda) Hodge, Junior Burnley; sisters, Dorothy Nail, Alicia Ervin, Debbie Flanagan; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Tim Nail, Andy Nail, Jeff Nail, Steven Hodge, Bret Burnley, Cory Tyler, Jamie Lepard, Daniel Cain.
