Ashley Nicole Horne, 27, of Lena, formerly of Ethel, passed away Dec. 30, 2017.
Visitation was Saturday at Culpepper Funeral Home. Funeral services were Sunday, Jan. 7 at Doty Springs Baptist Church; burial followed at the church cemetery.
Rev. Larry Odom, Rev. Tony Fortenberry and Ron Shepard officiated services.
Ashley was a Cosmetology student and worked at Frank’s Chevrolet. She was a member of Doty Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by her parents, Carey and Judy Horne; grandparents, Cecil and Joyce Agent, Van and Peggy Horne; aunts and uncles, Johnny (Joanna) Agent, Vicki (Joe) Simmons, Joann (Sonny) Simmons, Aray Agent (Rhonda Fleming); cousins, Monica Phillips, Jayson Agent, Shannon Whittington, Brent Simmons, Madeline Moore, Colton Phillips; best friend, Nicole Lindsey; children she loved as her own, Nicole, Courtney and Chris Moffett, Colton and Bailey Spears; boyfriend, Michael Spears.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Culpepper Funeral Home, Doty Springs Cemetery Fund or Shriners Children’s Hospital.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Howard, Trey Lindsey, Brent Simmons, Jonathan Massey, Charlie Massey and Brock McCrory.
