-5:17 p.m. Residential burglary-100 block Saratoga Circle. There was a call in reference to a residential burglary on the 100 block of Saratoga Circle. Forced entry was made through the rear glass door. Items taken were 2 Televisions. No suspects at this time.
-5:26 p.m. Auto burglary-400 Block Tuscan Ave. An auto burglary report was taken on the 400 block of Tuscan Ave. Suspect(s) gained entry into an unlocked gray 2007 Honda Ridgeline and took a Macbook Pro. The incident occurred on this date between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
-6:32 p.m. Auto burglary-5584 Mississippi 42, Taylor's Towing. Black males James Davis and Ervin Hawkins were arrested for auto burglary.
Thursday, Jan. 15
• 12:59 a.m. Possession, sale, etc. of stolen weapon-5326 US 49 . Black male Sean Breland was arrested for possession of a stolen firearm.
• 2:46 p.m. Residential burglary-22 Campbell Scenic Drive, Boardwalk Apts. At approximately 2 p.m., there was a report of a residential burglary on the 20 block of Campbell Scenic Drive. Front door was left unsecure, apartment unit, forced entry was made. An iPad mini was taken. No suspects were arrested.
Friday, Jan. 16
• 5:47 a.m. Commercial burglary-4100 Hardy St., Jr. Food Mart. On Jan. 16 there was a report of a Commercial Burglary of two(2) safes on the 4000 block of Hardy Street (Jr. Food Mart).
Saturday, Jan. 17
• 10:22 a.m. Grand larceny-5317 Mississippi 42. Officers were dispatched. Stolen item was a dress.
• 6:26 p.m. Auto burglary-46 Parkway Blvd. Dispatch for auto burglary at Parkway Blvd. A window was broken, and a purse was stolen.
Sunday, Jan. 18
• 12:44 a.m. Residential burglary-900 block Cypress Ave. Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Cypress Ave in reference to a residential burglary. Entry was made through an unlocked back door, and only a TV was found missing.
• 1:29 a.m. DUI (third offense)-US 49 @ Hardy Street. Black male Attacleve Bender was arrested for DUI (third offense).
• 3:06 a.m. Residential burglary-6490 US 49, Windsor Village. A PlayStation 4 and four handguns were taken from the resident. The incident occurred between 1:30 and 2:30 a.m.
• 3:41 a.m. Sale/manufacture/possession with intent to distribute controlled substance, fugitive of other jurisdiction, possession of controlled substance-US 49 @ Mamie Street. Black female Dawn Lofton and black males Correll Lampton and Adrian Speights were arrested for assorted drug charges and fugitive other jurisdiction.
• 8:07 a.m. Commercial burglary-2415 W 4th St., Fat Boy’s. A report was taken. Entry was gained through a broken front window. A cash register containing $200 was taken.
• 4:27 p.m. Aggravated assault: use of a deadly weapon-1602 Cedar St. A report was taken in regards to a shooting.
• 8:14 p.m. Fugitive of other jurisdiction-5901 US 49, WalMart. White male Charles Bailey was arrested for shoplifting and was wanted in Louisiana.
• 8:26 p.m. Auto burglary-2100 block Hardy Street. On January 18, 2015, there was a reported auto burglary on the 2100 block of Hardy Street. A purse, a bottle of water, and glasses were stolen from the vehicle.
Monday, Jan. 19
• 9:16 a.m. Grand larceny auto-1700 block W 7th Street. A report of a stolen vehicle was taken. No arrests made at the time.
• 7:10 p.m. Residential burglary-700 block Mobile Street. A jar of pennies was taken. Entry was made through the living room window.
• 7:14 p.m. Fugitive of other jurisdiction-200 block Willis Avenue. White female Kara Dorianne McVay had a notice to hold from the Miss. Dept. of Corrections. There is no further information.
Tuesday, Jan. 20
• 12:02 a.m. Rape-5670 US 49, Salvation Army. A rape was reported. No arrest was made.
• 12:15 a.m. Armed robbery-Lincoln Road @ West Pine Street. An armed robbery was reported near Lincoln Road and West Pine Street. A wallet containing US Currency was taken.
• 9:23 a.m. Auto burglary-1246 Beverly Hills Rd., Plantation Place Apts. There was an auto burglary on the 1200 block of Beverly Hills Road. Entry was made through an unlocked door. Item taken was one wallet.
• 3:15 p.m. Residential burglary-300 block South 12th Avenue. A residential burglary occurred. Suspect took 3 game consoles, cell phone, cash and a .22 pistol.
• 6:56 p.m. Possession of controlled substance (marijuana)-H 49 @ Elk's Lake Road. White female Robin King was arrested for possession of controlled substance (marijuana).
• 8:27 p.m. Armed robbery-6518 US 49, Regency Inn. An officer responded in reference to an armed robbery. Complainant stated his wallet, phone and medicine were taken. No arrest made.
Wednesday, Jan. 21
• 3:47 a.m. Rape-6208 US 49, Marlin’s Grill. At approximately 2:45 a.m., there was a call in reference to a rape on the 6200 block of US Highway 49. No arrests were made.
