The Exodus Project assembled 105 goodie bags and distributed them to residents at the Attala County Nursing Center October 29.
Goodie bags included lotion, hand sanitizer, Chapstick and Kleenex. Participating members were Freddie Brown, Kendrell Gamble, Rennard Greenlee, Vershun Hargrove, Jaroderick Jamison and Kyahndrea Rainey.
The Exodus Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit teen mentoring organization founded by Antonio and Coletta Patterson in 2007 which assists teens in rural communities in achieving their full potential. Services provided include community service projects, college visits, educational trips, personalized guidance, leadership training, character building, college preparation and more.
