A well-renowned blacksmith and member of the Mississippi Arts Commission will highlight the Autumn Arts Festival in downtown Kosciusko on October 15.
Lyle Wynn will be there to demonstrate as well as sell his art during the festival. The festival will also include a display of antique tractors and picking circles for everyone's entertainment. Guitar, banjo, and fiddle players are all invited to bring an instrument and a lawn chair and enjoy a time of music and fellowship.
Some of the artisans showcased this day include Andrea Lawrence, Melinda Price, Allison Neyman, Brandy Jernigan, Carolyn Laxton, Amy McLellan, Kristi Blakely, Kristye Horn, Kandy Carpenter, Sarah Jones Mullins, Sharon Grimes, Jerry Buquet, Sara Hayes, Kay Moorehead, Vicki Brown and Latitude South. These artisans will offer everything from painting on wood and glass, jewlery, christmas decor to homebaked good and jams and jellies. Food and snacks will be for sale that day also.
The festival kicks off at 10 a.m. on the courthouse lawn. For more information on the Autumn Arts Festival, visit www.kosytrace.com.
