Redbud Insurance and Financial moving to corner of E. Jefferson and Veterans Memorial
A local business owner is investing in Kosciusko.
Redbud Insurance and Financial has announced plans to expand its operations with the construction of a new office located at the corner of East Jefferson Street and Veterans Memorial Drive.
Ryan Lindsay, who operates the business, said the 2,200 square foot facility is needed to provide more visibility and to add more offices to his business that currently operates on South Natchez Street.
“We want to offer a great service in a great location for our clients, but more importantly, we want to invest back into this community.” Lindsay said. “This is my home town and the place where I wanted to raise our children after serving in the military.”
Lindsay has been an independent financial advisor with LPL Financial since January 2009, offering his investment services under the name of Lindsay Wealth Management before rebranding as Redbud Financial Group. His wife Sissy is a Certified Public Accountant and owns Lindsay CPA Firm where she offers tax, accounting and payroll/bookkeeping services.
Earlier this year Lindsay added Redbud Insurance Agency to compliment the financial planning and CPA services and became known as Redbud Insurance and Financial. Redbud is currently the only locally-owned insurance agency and financial services practice in Kosciusko.
“The idea was to have a one-stop-shop for financial services where we can work as a team in each area for the best interest of our clients,” Lindsay added.
“We feel that by offering insurance, investment management, retirement and tax consulting under one roof, we will help eliminate the burden of having to travel to and communicate with several different offices for these services,” Lindsay said. “We have clients from all over Mississippi as well as other states, and we believe that we can continue to provide these services for them right here in Kosciusko rather than relocating to a higher populated area.”
Construction of the new Redbud Insurance & Financial is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017.
